Team & Community
Nobody does this alone — and nobody here wants to
Behind the founder stands a team of volunteers, trustees and community partners who give their Saturdays, their vehicles, their strength and their patience.

The Helping Hands team with a community they served. Wherever we go, we go together — and we go in the open.

The shirt
You will always know who we are
Our team wears the Helping Hands Foundation shirt on every outreach — not as branding, but as accountability.
A family receiving help should never have to wonder who is standing in front of them. The shirt means a person can be identified, questioned, thanked — or reported, if they ever behave in a way that falls short of what we promise.
The founder wears it herself, on the same mornings, doing the same work. Nobody here directs a distribution from a distance.
Who makes it happen
Four groups, one Saturday morning
The Trustees
Named on the foundation's registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and accountable for its governance, its records and its conduct.
The Distribution Team
The hands you see in the branded shirts. They load, deliver, queue-manage and make sure every person is served with order and respect.
Verification Volunteers
They visit homes, confirm needs and follow up afterwards. Unglamorous, essential, and the reason our numbers can be trusted.
Community Partners
Schools, churches, mosques, market associations and neighbourhood leaders who tell us who is suffering quietly before it becomes a crisis.
Official Trustees on record with the CAC

On the ground
Distribution days, as they really look

Serve everybody the same way you would serve your own mother — and do it before anybody has to ask you twice.

There is a shirt here with your name on it
Volunteers are welcome on distribution days, in logistics, in teaching, in admin and in medical outreach. Bring whatever you have — hands are enough.
